Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and comfy rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the rooms were too warm for a good night's sleep. The location is fantastic, enabling easy access to Trondheim's main attractions, but there are better value options available.
The hotel room was big, clean, and cozy, providing enough space and including an ironing board and iron, which was very helpful. However, the overall room condition was rather austere and characterless, with signs of wear and tear like marks on the walls and a mirror fixed with tape. Some areas were not well-maintained, such as the bad floor and dust accumulation. Despite these issues, the room size and included amenities added to the comfort of the stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were unique as they opened to the outside, offering views of the exterior and the breakfast room in our case. We were able to upgrade one of our rooms to have a lovely view over Nidelva. The service was adequate, and the location was convenient near the city center. The dining experience had its ups and downs. Overall, a decent value for money option.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially with its great location close to popular attractions and a cozy room. However, there were some finishing touches needed in the renovated room, and the warmth made it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping at times.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant thanks to the spacious and nice rooms, but I missed the fresh air as the windows couldn't be opened. The service was exceptional, especially when they helped us chase up a package we left behind. The excellent location allowed for easy exploration of the city center, although the dining options were just okay.
